THICKNESS GAUGE

A quick and accurate way to measure card body thickness and embossed character relief height according to CQM test requirements. This fixture is designed with a digital indicator gauge with a low-force probe, integrated into a fixture that conveniently holds a card body in place during the measurement of thickness and embossed relief.

Clamping Fixtures for Durability Test

The purpose of this test is to test the heat resistance of the finished card. First of all, the card needs to be exposed to the specified temperature and humidity conditions for a certain period of time (can be placed in the hot and cold experiment box), with the fixture to detect the deformation of the card, to determine whether the card body structure can still be stable within the requirements of the basic standard.

Peel Strength Tester

The tester is used to measure the force required to peel the surface layer of transparent material of card body. The force required to pull up the card-stripping layer is measured by using an electric lift force meter at a rate of 300 mm per second specified in ISO 10373.

Adhesion&Blocking Test Fixture

The test fixture attaches a stack of cards to a base plate, weights a standard weight, and then exposes the stacked cards to the environment specified in ISO 10373-1 5.6 requirements, followed by subsequent operations,test the stickiness of the card. The bottom plate is made of imported S136H hard material, which is resistant to wear and durable.

Bending&Torsion Tester

According to ISO 10373-1 standard, the card bending and twisting test, each group of devices can bend 5 cards at the same time, a total of four groups can be simultaneously short side bending, long side bending, card body distortion, chip position distortion four test methods.After a total of 2000 bending tests and 1000 twisting tests, the chip function of the card is checked to see whether it is normal and whether the surface of the card is distorted.

Impact Resistance Tester

The tester is used to determine the impact of the test card or card material. This test method is used for card making evaluation, material selection, and “brittle” or cracked cards. The impact standard depends on the card material, card thickness, and/or the presence or absence of decoration on the card surface.

Corner Impact Test Fixture

This is a manual test tool used to measure the card’s resistance to degumming, delamination, and impact, which is measured by hitting the corners of the card. During the test, the card was securely secured to the jig and released from a height of 305mm (12 inches) with an impact force of approximately 13.3+/-0.5N (3.0+/-0.1lb). According to ANSI INCITS 322-2008, this test method is used for evaluation during card making, selection of materials, and layerings of cards.

Back of Card Spot Pressure Test Fixture

The adhesion of the IC module and the card body is an important factor in the durability of XICC, which is designed to detect the adhesion of plastics and other materials (card body and ICM substrate). Many variables affect adhesion, from the physical properties of the relevant substrate, process parameters to the end-use environment. This test is a destructive test of the exposed, concentrated pressure on the back of the IC module as opposed to the contact of ISO/IEC 7816-2.

Peel Strength Test Preparation Tool

The tester is used to prepare the card splines required for stripping tests. By cutting the card surface with a blade, the card sample strip can be used for peeling test size, which is installed on the peeling tester for peeling strength detection.

Automatic Three Wheel Tester

The test principle of this device is the same as that of TM-421 three-round tester. The extended version will upgrade the electronic display screen and setting button to touch screen, which is more convenient to operate and better man-machine interaction. In addition, the mechanical design has been greatly improved. The operator only needs to put the detection card into the equipment, and the equipment can realize the whole automatic operation of the card entry, three rounds of detection, card collection and other processes.

Embossed card Spot Pressure Test Fixture

The tester is designed to carry out a certain range of continuous force on the convex code within a certain period of time, and then check whether the height of the convex code is still within the standard range after the force. A steel anvil of 245 ± 4N was used according to MasterCardCQM reference standard 15.1.2 #9020#. A circular anvil with a diameter of 6.4 mm was continuously pressed on the center of the convex code for one minute before the height of the convex code was detected.

Roughness Tester

The tester is designed to apply friction to the surface of the card through a soft rubber head, and can be set for a specified number of cycles, after which the instrument stops. The instrument is equipped with weights of different weights, which can apply different degrees of pressure to the friction head as required to increase the friction force.
